I'm Viktoria. I work alongside founders and small businesses who need reliable support without the commitment of adding another employee.
Before starting my own business, I spent years working directly with hundreds of small businesses through a government-funded business support programme. It taught me that no two businesses work quite the same way — and that good support starts with understanding the business, not just the task in front of you.
I’m at my best when I’m bringing order to something that’s become messy, keeping track of the details and making sure the work that matters doesn’t quietly fall through the cracks.
I know the value of having someone you can trust to come in, understand what needs doing and get on with it — without creating more work for you in the process.
